1. How to request deletion
In the Buyflit app, open Settings and select Delete account. Review the information on this page and submit the request. If you cannot sign in, contact support using the details shown below when available.
2. What happens to your account
The frontend calls DELETE /customer/account, and the API contract describes this operation as a soft delete. The exact profile, address, favorite, image, and other data affected by it has not been confirmed.
3. Records that may remain
The repository does not define which order, payment, tax, security, or support records are retained after account deletion or how long they remain.
4. Processing time and help
The account deletion processing time and any identity checks are pending confirmation.
To submit a deletion request in the app, sign in and open Settings → Delete account.
