These terms apply when you use Buyflit. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The effective date and final legal review are pending.

“Buyflit” means the Buyflit app and website. “Customer” means a person who browses or places an order. “Merchant” or “Shop” means a local business listed on Buyflit. “Delivery Partner” means a person assigned to deliver an order. “Order” means a customer request for products from a shop. “Buyflit Coins” means the loyalty credits shown in a customer account.

You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid mobile number to create and use a customer account.

Use your own account and keep your mobile device and one-time login codes secure. Do not share a code with anyone. Your account is linked to the mobile number verified at sign-in.

Buyflit connects customers with nearby shops. Shops provide their product listings and prices. The shop is responsible for the products it offers and the prices it sets. Buyflit processes the order through the app and displays information returned by the service.

Product availability, serviceability, and final amounts are confirmed by the service. Review the order summary before placing an order. The final order response is the source for the confirmed total.

Checkout shows the payment methods available for your order. Cash on Delivery remains pending until delivery and collection are recorded. Web online checkout integrates Razorpay. The app also contains a wallet option; availability depends on the service and checkout.

Buyflit displays shops based on the selected delivery location and serviceability data. Delivery timing depends on the shop and delivery partner. No delivery time is guaranteed unless the service states one for the order.

Cancellation and refund details are set out in the Cancellation and Refund Policy. The supplied merchant payment documents are preliminary. Customer refund eligibility, refund method, and processing time remain pending confirmation.

Coin earning rates and eligible order ranges come from the current service settings. The app estimate uses earning slabs and credits coins after delivery. The current estimated fallback is 100 coins = ₹1 and a 4% redemption cap on eligible product subtotal; delivery fees and taxes cannot be paid with coins. Live settings and the checkout quote control. The estimate uses a 60-day inactivity expiry, but the live expiry setting controls and the app shows expiry information. Coins are loyalty credits with no cash value and cannot be transferred or cashed out. The platform admin can change coin settings; how notice is given remains pending confirmation.

You are responsible for reviews, images, and other content you submit. Do not submit unlawful, misleading, abusive, or third-party material that you do not have permission to use.

Shops must register and use the merchant tools under the Merchant Agreement shown in the app. The current merchant payment package is marked preliminary and is not a final customer-facing policy. See For local shops for the registration flow.

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use Buyflit to break the law or harm another person.

The Buyflit name, logo, app, and website content may not be copied or used outside the service without permission from the rights holder. The legal entity that holds those rights is pending confirmation.

Buyflit provides a platform for customers and shops. Product details and shop prices come from the shop. Service availability and order outcomes depend on the service and participating shop. The final disclaimer and liability terms require legal review.

Buyflit may restrict access where required by law or to protect the service. The grounds, notice process, and appeal route require legal review. You can request account deletion using the instructions on Delete account.

The governing law and court jurisdiction will be stated after the registered entity and jurisdiction are confirmed.
